60 Day Nominations – IPF Juniors and SubJuniors World Championships

The 60 day nominations are out for the IPF Juniors and Sub-Juniors World Championships held in Killeen, TX (August 27-September 1, 2013). A total of 278 lifters and 45 reserve lifters were nominated. This is a healthy number of lifters compared to recent years with loads of talent representing 31 countries. This list will change slightly as we get closer to the competition. The final nomination list will be sent by each nation no later than 21 days before the competition (around August 4th). The final nominations are truly a final list; lifters cannot be added or weight classes changed. Lifters can be removed from the list at the technical meeting, or if they do not make weight the lifter will be removed.

In the next several weeks we will start covering Team USA lifters, coaches, and their route to success. Congratulations to all of the lifters who made the team. Good luck in your training!
